Do you have a phobia of imperfection? Many entrepreneurs do, often driven by a desire to do things their way. But holding onto this mindset can limit your growth and success.

To thrive in business, you must learn to let go, delegate, and work with others. Perfectionism might feel like a trait that drives excellence, but it can also cause stress and wreck your performance.

This week, take a moment to reflect...

  1. Identify Signs: How does perfectionism show up in your behavior?
  2. Recognize Triggers: What triggers your perfectionism?
  3. Assess Impact: What are the positive and negative consequences of your perfectionism?
  4. Plan a Challenge: What small step can you take to face your fear of imperfection? Write down what, where, and when this will happen.

Facing your fears gradually can help you overcome them. What will you do this week to start letting go of perfectionism?
